Founder and principal consultant Anne Gardon has developed a network of highly experienced colleagues expert in organization and system change, leadership development, management and facilitation. We work collaboratively and have the capability to assemble a team with the expertise and experience most relevant to a specific project. With 30 years experience in organization and systems change herself, Anne Gardon has built a reputation as perceptive and skillful intervener.  She has worked with nonprofit, governmental and philanthropic institutions, businesses and communities around the world, and principally in metropolitan New York and the Hudson River Valley.  She has served as a faculty advisor in strategic planning and is a leadership coach in Executive Education at the Columbia Business School. Anne is fluent in Spanish and has worked on large scale change projects in Mexico, Latin America, and Mongolia.
